Ludwig Eichinger was born in Amberg, Germany in 1959. He received the Dipl.-Ing. degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University Munich, Germany, in 1987. From 1988 to 1992 he designed Microwave systems and circuits for Satellite Basestations at Work Microwave, Germany. In 1992, he joined EEsof and supported Circuit- and System Simulators for Wireless Communications Systems.
Currently he is Technical Consultant for Agilent Technologies, EEsof EDA, located in Germany. He is an adviser of Wireless Communications Systems (W-CDMA/UMTS, EDGE, DTV and wireless LAN), RF- and Microwave Circuits as well as DSP-ASIC and FPGA Design simulations and solutions.
