Spiro Moskov was born in Kotor, Montenegro-YU in 1967. He received the Dipl.-Ing. Degree in electrical engineering at University of Zagreb-Croatia (HR) in 1994.

He made his first professional experience with Satellite Communication (RF, µw, Business TV) and LAN/WAN-Networks on NCC of Spaceline Communication Services in Duesseldorf, Germany.

He worked as System Engineer and Teleport Manager responsible for HUB in Duesseldorf and Vienna.

In 2001, Spiro joined Agilent Technologies as Application Engineer for RF and Wireless applications and support products related to WLAN, Bluetooth, GSM, GPRS and UMTS.
